Thesis Final Report: This report is a comprehensive collection of all building systems and construction methods of the Susquehanna Health Patient Tower Expansion in Williamsport, Pa. In this report three analyses will be geared at improving the construction methods and overall performance of the building. Some of these analyses include a mobile crane to tower crane switch, utilizing prefabrication, and alternative roof designs. The overall goals of this study are to reduce schedule, cost, and operational costs for the life time of the building. The findings in this report do not reflect any perceived mistakes by the actual project team. They are purely a theoretical analyses performed for the purpose of the senior thesis capstone project.
